The Construction Calculator+++ is a comprehensive tool designed to assist users in performing various construction-related mathematical calculations efficiently.

• Length-Width-Height Module: This feature allows users to input measurements in multiple formats, including Yard-Feet-Inch-Fractions, Decimal Feet, Decimal Inches, and Yards. By entering the Length and Width, users can conveniently calculate the Area and Perimeter of a room, as well as assess square footage. Additionally, users can enter Height to determine parameters such as Volume and Wall Area. The tool also provides functionality for converting between different measurement units, and tapping on calculated values enables further conversions, including Board Feet when working with Volume.
• Bricks/Blocks/Pavers/Tiles Function: This function accurately calculates the quantity of Bricks, Blocks, Pavers, or Tiles required for a specified area or linear length. It supports standard 8-inch x 16-inch block sizes while also allowing for the entry of customized dimensions. Users can easily factor in waste allowances to optimize their material estimates.
• Drywall Sheets Function: Users can calculate the number of drywall sheets needed for various lengths or areas, with support for standard sizes (4 x 8, 4 x 9, and 4 x 12 feet) and the option to enter custom dimensions.
• Rafter Module: This module enables calculations by inputting any two of four parameters—Rise, Run, Diagonal, or Pitch. Measurements can be expressed in various formats including Feet, Inches, Inch fractions, Decimal Feet, and Decimal Inches. The Pitch can be represented either as a dimension (rise over run) or as an angle. Furthermore, users may perform calculations for Common Rafters as well as Regular and Irregular Hip/Valley Rafters, including Plumb and Level cut angles. The tool automatically calculates the necessary lengths and angles for adjoining rafters based on user-defined criteria.
• Circle and Arc Module: This feature solves for various parameters associated with circles and arcs such as radius, diameter, area, circumference, arc length, and more. A visual representation of the circle or arc with its attributes is provided to facilitate understanding.
